You have
found the original, patented manufacturer of rigid
style, biomechanically correct, Professional SLIDEBOARDS
dating back to 1982. We only produce solid core, high quality,
¼" thick, ½" thick, and 3/4" thick SLIDEBOARDS in
8 ft
and 10 ft lengths. All of our SLIDEBOARDS feature
positive locking, adjustable end ramps.
The
original Professional slideboard was developed for the
serious athlete as well as the injured athlete looking to
speed the recovery process or the cardio buff who just wants
an alternate way to get those legs and heart pumping without
impact.
Great lateral forces are developed while using the SLIDEBOARD
and our product has been designed to remain flat and stable
while in use.
The
sliding surface on the Pro-Slideboards has been stress
relieved to eliminate roll-up tendencies after storage or
shipping in a less than flat orientation. This gives you
a slideboard that wants to lie flat, smooth and FAST!!!
The
bumpers are beveled and toed out for the natural angles your
foot follows when skating. Ever notice how the front of
your skate flares out as you push off? A square bumper
increases the strain on your knees. Our natural angle
bumpers reduces this strain and increases the effectiveness
and enjoyment of your Sliding experience.
The
bottom of the original Professional Slideboard is covered with
an anti-slip material to keep it in place. This surface
lasts longest on floors constructed of sealed concrete, wood,
low pile carpet. If you want a slideboard that will set
best on ANY surface, look at our 1/2 boards or our 3/4"
boards. They are not going anywhere.
